Cool Summer Tofu - Method 2
1 8-ounce package of firm tofu
1 scallion, sliced diagonally, thinly
a few drops shoyu
juice of half a lemon
black sesame seeds
Slice the tofu in one inch cubes and place on a serving platter.
Sprinkle shoyu and lemon juice on top; garnish with one teaspoon roasted and lightly crushed black sesame seeds.
