1 Tbsp dandelion powder (prepared as described below)
sesame or sunflower oil
1 quart water
Wash and dry the dandelion roots. Cut them into small pieces.
Roast them in a skillet with a little oil.
Grind them to a powder in a coffee grinder.
Add 1 quart water and 1 tsp dandelion powder to a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain and serve.
