Quick Sauteed Vegetables
1 cup sliced Napa, Chinese cabbage or bok choy
1 cup sliced kale or collards
1/2 tsp shoyu or tamari
In a thin skillet heat a small amount of water.
Place the nappa and saute, gently pushing the nappa around the skillet then add the kale and continue to gently push the vegetables around for about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle soy sauce over the greens and continue to saute the vegetables for another 2-3 minutes.
