1 Tbsp tamari soy sauce
1/4 to 1/3 tsp ginger juice
1/2 to 2/3 cup water
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
Place the soy sauce and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the flame off and let cool to room temperature. Add the parsley.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Place in a serving bowl.
