1 sheet tempeh
1/2 cup carrot, minced
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 cup parsley, minced
1 Tbsp oil
1 pinch nutmeg powder (optional)
1-2 Tbsps pastry flour (if needed)
Heat up oil in skillet and saute carrot, onion, parsley and nutmeg powder for 2 minutes.
Season with shoyu and saute for 3 minutes.
Grate tempeh finely and place into a bowl. Add sauteed vegetables and mix well together and form smaller burgers. If tempeh is not sticky enough, little pastry flour may be added.
Fry burgers in an oiled skillet on both sides and serve with favorite dip sauces as a burger or together with vegetables side dishes.
