1 oz. dry wakame
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Roast wakame in 350 degree oven until crisp and dark. Remove and grind to a fine powder in a suribachi.
Place washed sesame seeds in a dry skillet and roast on a low flame until they release a nutty fragrance. Stir constantly so roasting will be even.
Add sesame seeds to wakame powder and grind until seeds are about 50 percent crushed.
